Type in 0000 or 1111 or 1234 or 2222 or 4444

Also sometimes if you have a vpn, type in the password you used

If none of the above has worked for you consider a SOFT RESET and as a last resort a HARD RESET

SOFT RESET

Pull the power cable from the back>then put a toothpick or anything NON-METALILC in the av hole>you will hear a click, that is the reset button>while holding it in, plug the power cable into the box and wait approx 10 seconds>you should see the black boot screen with text on it>scroll down to wipe data/factory reset>click it>then at the top click reboot>NOTE: it may take several attempts to get to the boot screen

HARD RESET

A hard reset is nearly the same as a soft reset, only after you click wipe data/factory reset, you click UPDATE FROM EXT, then select SD CARD, you need to have a formatted sd card with the firmware on it, the best place to find the firmware is type the name of your box into google and type china gadgets beside it
