First download a wallplaper:

1. Open a BROWSER and go to GOOGLE and type ALPHACODERS

2. Click on the link WALLPAPER ABYSS and SEARCH and DOWNLOAD any picture you like.

3. Wait for the download arrow to stop flashing and CLOSE the browser.

NOW INSTALL NOVA LAUNCHER:
1. Open the PLAY STORE > type NOVA LAUNCHER (small case letters)
   and install the free nova launcher > click OPEN

2. Click or do a long press on an empty space on the desktop to
   bring up the menu

3. Select WALLPAPERS > PICK IMAGE > GALLERY > select your picture, if you get a message click ALLOW > click SET WALLPAPER

3A. Another option at this stage is to click LIVE WALLPAPERS

4. Click the circle at the botton with the dots in it,that is YOUR APPS>then do a long press on an app you wish to have on your home screen

5. Let go of the LONG PRESS to drop it on your home screen

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add more apps to your home screen

7. Drag your icons you want and place them where you want
   on your desktop
