1.~ Open ES FILE EXPLORER>select DOWNLOAD under LOCAL on the left

2.~ On the right do a long press on your BACKUP zip file until it ticks(NOTE: if your BACKUP is in a folder,open the folder until you get to the zip file)

3.~ Click copy at the bottom

4.~ On the left click on your USB STICK or SD CARD

5.~ Select PASTE at the bottom

6.~ You should now see your BACKUP copying to your USB STICK or SD CARD
