ResolveURL Kodi Dependency

A new fork of the URL Resolver dependency called ResolveURL now provides an alternative method to resolving links from file hosts in your Kodi add-ons

ResolveURL is automatically installed with any add-on that uses it, so you don’t have to worry about installing ResolveURL

It is a fork of URLResolver that is maintained and developed by jsergio123

The ResolveURL Kodi add-on works in the background of Kodi (called a dependency) to decode file hosts in order to play the root movie or TV video stream

ResolveURL First Time Setup Important Notes

The first time an addon updates to use ResolveURL over another resolver dependency, there are a couple of very important notes you need to be aware of

A:~ You may get a popup notification that says that there is a problem with URLResolver.

You MUST CLICK the “Ignore” button

B:~ You WILL need to reauthorize your Real-Debrid and other premium accounts to work with ResolveURL

To do that, you can find the configuration settings by navigating in Kodi to

ESTUARY SKIN

1.~ From the Kodi home screen click SETTINGS (cog wheel top left)

2.~ SYSTEM SETTINGS > scroll down to the bottom and change settings level to ADVANCED or EXPERT

3.~ ADD-ONS > MANAGE DEPENDENCIES > ResloveURL > CONFIGURE

4.~ UNIVERSAL RESOLVERS > PRIORITY > scroll down to REAL-DEBRID

5.~ Select PRIORTY > change PRIORTY to 1 > click DONE

6.~ Click OK to save changes

7.~ Click CONFIGURE again > select UNIVERSAL RESOLVERS > Scroll down to REAL-DEBRID

8.~ Click (Re)AUTHORIZE MY ACCOUNT

9.~ You will now see a popup asking you to visit the REAL-DEBRID website

10.~ Go to the website https://real-debrid.com/device (you must be logged into Real Debrid for this to work) on your PHONE or PC

11.~ Enter the CODE your where given and select CONTINUE

12.~ You should now see a popup telling you that your account is authorised

13.~ Your Real Debrid is now setup

1.~ From the Kodi home screen click SYSTEM > ADD-ONS > SYSTEM

2.~ DEPENDENCIES >  ResloveURL > CONFIGURE

3.~ URL RESOLVERS > scroll down to REAL-DEBRID

4.~ Select PRIORTY > change PRIORTY to 1 > click DONE

5.~ Click OK to save changes

6.~ Click CONFIGURE again > select URL RESOLVERS

7.~ Scroll down to REAL-DEBRID

8.~ Click (Re)AUTHORIZE MY ACCOUNT

9.~ You will now see a popup asking you to visit the REAL-DEBRID website

10.~ Go to the website https://real-debrid.com/device (you must be logged into Real Debrid for this to work) on your PHONE or PC

11.~ Enter the CODE your where given and select CONTINUE

12.~ You should now see a popup telling you that your account is authorised

13.~ Your Real Debrid is now setup
